ALTERRA SA established in 2002, operates in the frozen fruits and vegetables sector. Since 2005 applies a processing and deep freezing unit for fruits and vegetables that has been designed and operates using cutting–edge technologies. 
The Company produces high quality, nutrition foods for the European and global markets.

ALTERRA targets on yoghurt – ice creams, juices, jams – marmalades, baby foods, bakery – confectionary and pastry industries, food distribution networks as well as Super Markets (S/M) with retail packaging, both branded (PELLA) or as private label products (P/L).

The company maintains a competitive position in the Greek and international market thanks to the quality of its products and services.
The company applies Contractual Farming in vegetables and integrated farming systems in fruits, while reaches an annual production capacity of 20.000 tons in total.

ALTERRA owns private storage areas for the preservation of frozen goods with a drive-in / back-to-back storage system and implements automated inventory management systems (WMS).
